here were originally five pagodas and towers in Zhangye City, and each was so named according to the Five Basic Elements in Chinese culture – Gold, Wood, Water, Fire and Soil. Now the only ones remained are the Earthen Pagoda around the Big Buddha Temple and the Wooden Tower in the city square. The rest three were destroyed during the Culture Revolution.

Respected sir,
I’m a student from India perusing economics and intend to do my MBA.Recently i was suggested by my uncle to think about a career in hotel management as he accentuated on the fact that there would be a major dearth of hotel management professionals in India in the coming two years with more than seventy hotels coming up.well i did give it a serious thought but was a little bemused as to not persue my MBA and do a course in management would be lucrative or not.
I would be delighted if you could guide me in this aspect.
